W/ro Mulualem Merid was elected as a Member of the Bank’s Board of Directors by the General Assembly during the Shareholders meeting held in November 2023.

She holds a Master of Science in Construction Technology and Management from Addis Ababa Science and Technology University, a B.Sc. in Construction Technology and Management, and an Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering from the Faculty of Technology at Addis Ababa University.

With over 25 years of professional experience, W/ro Mulualem has held various leadership roles across multiple organizations. She has a proven track record in:

· System Optimization: Leveraging existing systems to enhance operational performance.

· Innovative Problem-Solving: Developing and implementing creative solutions to complex challenges.

· Process Analysis: Analyzing and refining processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

· Strategic Project Management: Managing projects with a focus on driving business growth and productivity.

Currently, she serves as the Managing Director of Façade Tech Solutions PLC, where she continues to apply her expertise in construction and project management to foster innovation and strategic development
